GLOBE Europe is a network of 830 Parliamentarians (Members) from the 27 EU Member States and from Norway, Iceland, Turkey, FYROM, Moldavia and Croatia who work together across party- and country lines to enhance sustainable development and support the protection of environment and biodiversity. Besides the Members, GLOBE Europe has 250 Contacts in environmental NGOs, ministries, industry, business and scientific institutions.

Job description:
- Maintainance and expansion of the GLOBE-network of MP’s, MEP’s and other contacts
- Fundraising
- Monitoring of the European decision making process in the field of environment, energy and sustainabily
- Composition of a weekly news-update
- Attending sessions of the European Parliament
- Organising meetings for GLOBE-members in Brussels or at European national parliaments

Competences:
- Proven interest in the European decision making process and environmental issues
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Strong communicator, strong commercial skills
- Ability to work under stress
